A small studio that finishes things
Techbaltics OÜ is an Estonian software company. We are deliberately small: the people who scope your project are the people who write the code and the people you call when something breaks at 23:00.
Why we exist
Most agencies scale by hiring juniors and adding project managers. That works for them and rarely for you: every layer between the person with the problem and the person with the compiler costs you clarity, time and money.
We took the other route. Small team, senior only, fewer projects at once. You talk directly to the engineer building your system, and decisions get made in the same conversation instead of three meetings later.
We are based in Tallinn and work across the Baltics and the wider EU. Everything we build runs on EU infrastructure by default, and your repositories are yours from the first commit. There is no version of working with us that ends in you being unable to leave.
How we operate
You own everything
Repositories, infrastructure accounts, domains, credentials. We work inside your accounts wherever possible, so a handover is an access change, not a migration project.
Estimates that hold
We estimate after discovery, not before. The number you get is based on an architecture we have actually thought through, and we tell you early when reality moves.
Boring technology on purpose
PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, Next.js. Proven tools with long support horizons, so the next team can hire for them and the system is still maintainable when we are gone.
Documentation as a deliverable
Architecture decisions, runbooks and deployment procedures are written as we go. If the documentation is not done, the feature is not done.
