Where should we start with AI?
With a task that is done often, is repetitive, and whose quality can be measured. If you can’t currently measure how well that work is done, you won’t be able to measure whether a model improved it either.
Should we train our own model or buy a service?
Usually start with a ready service and measure. Training your own pays off when volume is high, your data is distinctive, or the data cannot leave the company — not before.
What does the EU AI Act require from us?
It depends on the risk class. Most business applications are low risk and mainly require transparency and documentation. We review your use case’s classification and tell you what’s mandatory and what isn’t.
