Digital transformation
Most companies don’t need a new strategy. They need the work they already do to stop depending on spreadsheets and individual people. We map how things actually happen, then rebuild them as a system you can measure, audit and extend.
Frequently asked questions
How long does digital transformation usually take?
A first measurable result normally lands in 8–12 weeks: one process mapped, rebuilt and in use. The full programme depends on how many processes are in scope — but we never sell a two-year project with no interim results.
Do we have to replace our existing system?
Usually not. Most of the value comes from making the systems you already have talk to each other and removing the manual steps between them. We recommend replacement only when the cost of maintenance exceeds the cost of replacing.
How do you measure whether it worked?
We agree on three to five metrics before starting — order handling time, error counts, the cost of producing a report. We measure them before and after. If the number doesn’t move, we say so.
